Dear KCVMA Member:

An organization is only as strong as its members, and KCVMA is most certainly going strong! As we close out another year, we would like to express our appreciation for each of our members. Our goals as an organization are simple - to support and celebrate Kansas City-area veterinarians through continuing education and networking opportunities, and by advocating on behalf of our members and our profession.

In 2024, our members enjoyed high-quality continuing education with speakers known for their leadership and research in veterinary medicine. Through our newsletter, we’ve taken complicated legal issues and boiled them down into easy-to-understand terms. We’ve kept you up-to-date on cutting-edge research and techniques, and told the stories of your fellow veterinarians. And we’ve had fun! Your 2025 membership renewal will allow KCVMA to continue to provide the resources you need to be successful in your practice.

Renew your membership by January 1st so you don’t miss out on anything KCVMA has to offer. All you have to do is visit http://members.kcvma.com and follow the instructions provided to renew your membership for 2025. Remember – only dues-paid members may attend continuing education opportunities and social events. Note to Life Members: Even though your membership is complimentary, we ask that you complete the renewal process. This critical step keeps you in our system as an active member. If you choose not to renew, we’ll assume you no longer wish be an active member and we’ll remove you from our contact lists. Membership Renewal

Renewing your KCVMA Membership for 2025 is easy. Simply follow the directions below:

1. Click the following link: http://members.kcvma.com/Sys/Profile
2. Login using the email address to which KCVMA emails are sent.
3. If you don't remember your password, click the "Forgot Password" link.
4. Once logged in, click the button labeled "Renew until Thursday, January 01, 2026".
5. Confirm the information listed in your profile (Pay special attention to the fields requesting information about your veterinary license, and your preferences for newsletter, fax and email delivery.)
6. Once you've reviewed your profile information, click the button labeled "Update and next".
7. Confirm your renewal details by clicking the "Confirm" button.
8. An invoice is automatically generated. At this point, you have the option to pay dues online or mail a check.
9. If you choose to pay online, click the "Pay Online" button. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete payment. 
10. If you opt to pay with a check, please make the check payable to KCVMA and mail it to: KCVMA, PO Box 12468, Shawnee Mission, KS 66282-2468.
