Bio:

Chris Lewis was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas and realized his dream of becoming a veterinarian by attending Kansas State University for undergraduate studies and veterinary school. After graduation, Dr. Lewis moved to Las Vegas, Nevada and practiced in small animal clinics for over 10 years. He greatly enjoyed working up internal medicine cases, performing ultrasonography and echocardiography, and interacting with and educating his clients and staff. Later, Chris returned to school for a Master in Public Health, again, at Kansas State University. Upon completion of the MPH program, Dr. Lewis moved the Washington, DC area to work as a veterinary consultant to evaluate and improve the biosurveillance, biosafety, and biosecurity capabilities of partner countries. A later role as an international project manager helped Chris realize how much he missed the veterinary profession.  As a Technical Services Veterinarian with Vetoquinol, Dr. Lewis provides support and training to sales representatives as well as discussing the Vetoquinol product line and its benefits for patients, their owners, and their veterinarians.
