    Bios:

    Dr. Michelle LeRoy was born and raised in the Kansas City area.  She received her Bachelor of Science in biology with a minor in French from Kansas State University. She continued her education with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Upon completion of her degree, she completed a one-year rotating small animal internship at VCA Mission Animal Referral and Emergency Center in Mission, KS and then worked for a short time in general practice. She then completed a three year residency under the mentorship of Dr. David Senter and under the guidelines of the American College of Veterinary Dermatology, both at Veterinary Allergy and Dermatology Clinic and the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. LeRoy is board certified by the American College of Veterinary Dermatology. She is an adjunct assistant professor at the University of Missouri where she teaches dermatology coursework and is a clinical instructor in the Veterinary Health Center. Dr. LeRoy also enjoys traveling, following Kansas City sports, and spending time with her family, dog Sophie, and cats.Dr. DuFort received his DVM from the University of California, Davis, in 1980.
